Fees for attending conference

Early Bird (until May 05 May 12 May 19, 2025 / or until July 11, 2025 if authors are submitting a full paper):
- Delegate: 440 €

Conference registration fees include admission to all sessions, the conference proceedings (in electronic form), refreshment during breaks and lunches on days 2, 3 and 4. Dinner at social dinner party and icebreaker party refreshments are also included in the registration fee. Only the optional technical excursion will be charged additionally (60 Euro).
Young Researchers – This category includes participants who have obtained a PhD and were born after January 1, 1993. Participants registering as Young Researchers are required to provide proof of their PhD degree and a document confirming their date of birth.
Students - Participants registering as students are required to provide proof of student status, such as a certificate of enrollment or a copy of a valid student ID card, or a letter from their academic supervisor.
