The Organizing Committee invites prospective authors to submit abstracts on the topics of the conference. Authors are invited to send abstracts, not exceeding 1 page, via the conference website. All accepted abstracts will be reviewed until 16 March 2025.
During abstract submission on the website, participants should specify their preference for either an oral presentation or a poster. One of the outcomes of the conference will be the „Book of Abstracts“.
After the abstract has been accepted, authors are encouraged to submit a full-length paper in the special issue of "Coastal and Offshore Science and Engineering” journal (full paper is optional). Papers should be up to 10 pages in length (including pictures, diagrams, and tables) and must be submitted by 25 May 2025. All submitted papers will be fully peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

1. Abstract submission instructions
Prior to submitting an abstract, you should sign in to the congress website. If you are a new user, please register with the website first. When registering, you should tick the "Author" checkbox to be able to submit an abstract.
After you have clicked the Create button, please check your e-mail! You will receive an e-mail asking you to validate your account, which contains a validation link. Click on the validation link to validate your account. Otherwise, you will not be able to log into the system.
After successful login, you should proceed with the abstract submission by clicking here or on the "Submit Paper" button on the right.
Authors should prepare their abstract as a Word file (2003 or later versions) according to the abstract template. Submissions that do not adhere to the template will be returned to the authors.
2. Full paper guidelines & submission instructions
Authors of accepted abstracts may submit a full paper for the journal Coastal and Offshore Science and Engineering. Authors should submit their paper as a Word file (version 2003 or higher) according to the paper template.
Please submit your full paper by logging in to the website and making a new paper submission. The paper submission will be confirmed by e-mail.
